TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A former nurse will spend three years on probation for having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

38 year old Cori Atkinson was arrested in 2016.

She has accepted a plea deal and will receive credit for 24 days’ time served.

As part of her plea, the judge ordered Atkinson to stay away from the boy.

Regional Hospital fired Atkinson after learning about the accusations against her.
