TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Terre Haute Police have arrested a man on charges connected to a shooting late last month.
On Monday Terre Haute Police arrested 27-year-old Shane D. Turner on charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
The charges are tied to a shooting in the 1300 block of South 8th Street back on December 27th, 2019.
Police had previously arrested Briella Ellis and her father, Royss Ellis after the two had argued with the shooting victim.
Witness told police that Turner was the one who shot the victim.
