VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to find a man who is wanted for failure to register as a sex or violent offender.

Troy Bemis is a white male, approximately 6′ 4″, and 170 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.
