VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A plea deal is in the works for a woman facing sex crime charges involving a juvenile.

23-year-old Lisa Custer is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old without telling the teen that she is HIV positive.

The plea deal means that the jury trail that was to start on Monday has been canceled.

A change of plea hearing is set for May 13th.
