Probation For Man Accused In Childs Death

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A plea agreement for a man who faces five felony charges in connection to a child’s death.

The deal calls for Brian Moseman to plead guilty to two counts of neglect of a dependent and he will not face any prison time but would face two and a half years on formal probation.

Five year old Adilynn Moseman died of starvation and pneumonia in January of 2016.

The child was deaf and mute.

Officials say the girl weighed just 16 lbs. at the time of her death.

The little girl’s mother, Tiffany Daughtery was sentenced to 21-years for her role in the child’s death.
