EDGAR COUNTY, Ill.  – A Terre Haute man was sentenced to two years probation for impersonating a federal officer.

Justin Hefner was found guilty back in October.

Police said walked into the Edgar County Sheriff’s Office armed and claimed to be a federal officer. He allegedly asked for help in making some arrests
