Richmond Woman Accused Of Trafficking With Wabash Valley Inmate

CARLISLE, Ind.  –  A Richmond, Indiana woman has been arrested for allegedly trafficking with an inmate at the Wabash Valley Correction Facility in Carlisle.

Police say that Holly Bellamy confessed to trafficking narcotics into the prison through the U.S. Mail on multiple occasions.

Bellamy is being held in the Sullivan County Jail on two felony counts of trafficking with an Inmate and 2 felony counts of dealing a Schedule III controlled substance.

She is being held on a $46,000-dollar bond.
