Rosedale Woman Arrested For Identity Theft And Charging Over $26,000

PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Indiana State Police have arrested a Rosedale woman for Identity theft.

Police say that their investigation began on January 2nd after being told by a family member that 48-year-old Kathleen Rayborn, had allegedly charged over $26,000 to credit cards, in that family member’s name. 

Police say that Rayborn had allegedly opened several credit card accounts starting in March 2019 going through December 2019.  

Rayborn turned herself in at the Parke County Jail on Thursday (1/30/20).  She is being held on a $10,000 bond with 10% allowed.
