VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Friday morning (1/4/19) around 1:00 AM, Vermillion County Deputies were called to a home on Old St. Rd. 63 about a soon to be Ex-husband in a woman’s driveway. 

 

Police arrested 25 year old Cody A. Swinefurth of Clinton on charges of residential entry and Burglary.

 

Swinefurth had been recently warned by the homeowner and law enforcement to stay off of the property. 

 

He was found in possession of Methamphetamine and paraphernalia and is being held on $15,000.00 Bond.
