VIGO COUNTY, Ind — Wednesday afternoon just after 4 p.m. Indiana State Police stopped a semi truck on westbound Interstate 70 near the three mile marker, for 67 miles-per-hour in a 60mph zone.
The trailer was loaded with 43,000 lbs. of cement.
Police say that the driver 48-year-old Omar Gomez of Northglenn, Colorado was given a breath test, and registered at .08% BAC.
Gomez was arrested and his truck was impounded.
