INDIANA –  The case against Indiana’s Attorney General awaits a decision from the State Supreme Court.

The high court’s disciplinary commission backs the recommendation of Hearing Officer Myra Selby, herself a former member of the court, that Curtis Hill’s license to practice law be suspended for at least two years.

Justice Myra Selby  President Obama nominated Myra Consetta Selby to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on January 12, 2016.

And his reinstatement at the end of that period would not be automatic. Hill’s lawyers have moved for dismissal of the case but Selby and the commission conclude that the four women who accuse him of inappropriate touching are credible witnesses. That includes State Representative Mara Candelaria Reardon–who is now running for Congress.
