TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute couple accused of multiple sex crimes with a child will be in court today (5/29/19) for an initial hearing.

Barbara and David Day face charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, vicarious sexual gratification, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Barbara is also charged with incest.

Their bond has been set at $50,000 no 10%.
