TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man was arrested Wednesday after an alleged incident last month.
35 year old Scott A. Lewis, of Terre Haute, faces charges of attempted child molesting, rape and two counts of incest.
He allegedly touched the 15 and 13 year old girls during the night in a sexual manner while visiting with relatives back on March 27th.
Lewis is being held on $100,000 bond, and will make his first court appearance Thursday afternoon.
