TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man is accused of initiating sexual contact by an 11 year old.

24 year old Jimmy L. Baker Jr. is being charged with child molesting and is held in the Vigo County Jail with a bond set at $75,000.

Baker appeared in Vigo Superior Court 1 on Wednesday where another hearing was set for April 23 and a trial date set for August 13th.
