TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man is facing three counts of child molestation after allegedly impregnating a 13-year-old girl.
53-year-old James Stewart appeared in court Thursday where a trial date was set for October 22nd.
He is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $50,000 bond.
Investigators believe that the abuse began when the victim was just three-years-old and according to the victim happened while Stewart was watching her.
