Terre Haute Man Appears In Court After Shots Fired Over Weekend

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man arrested by police after an incident last Sunday morning made his first court appearance Tuesday.

Police were called to 1415 5th Avenue around 1:30 A.M. after 3 to 4 gunshots were fired during an argument between 37 year old Michael Medley and his girlfriend.

The Terre Haute Police Department Special Response Team was called to the scene.

Medley was arrested on charges of Pointing a Firearm, Criminal Recklessness and Intimidation.

His bond was set at $50,000 cash only and he will return to court tomorrow (Thursday).
