VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – Terre Haute police arrested a man Thursday morning for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say that 29 year old Tyler Ellinger crashed a car into an SUV that forced it into home at 10th and Voorhees around 8 a.m.
Ellinger then allegedly fled the scene and was found by police later on SR 63 in southern Vigo County.
There were three people inside the home but no one was injured.
Ellinger faces a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and will appear in court later today (Friday 7/6/18).
