VIGO COUNTY, Ind – The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested a 28-year-old man from Terre Haute Friday afternoon. (7/26/19).

Police say that the investigation began earlier this week when a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) was received by the ICAC Task Force.

Police executed a search warrant at 1903 Grant Street and arrested Dionel J. Mateo on charges of Child Molestation of a child under 14, and three counts of felony sexual intercourse/other sexual conduct and felony Possession of Child Pornography.

He is being held in the Vigo County Jail with no bond allowed. 

His first court appearance is set for Monday (7/29/19)
