Terre Haute Man Arrested In Vermillion County With .19% BAC

VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Saturday night Vermillion County deputies saw an SUV nearly cause a crash at CR 775 S and SR 63 around 10:30.

Police stopped the SUV and said that there was a strong odor of alcohol.

Officers say that 49-year-old Michael Wright, of Terre Haute, admitted to drinking.

He was arrested after refusing to take an alcohol test and for being in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

He later agreed to an alcohol test and had a .19% BAC.
