TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man was arrested Monday night on charges of burglary, robbery, aggravated battery and criminal recklessness.

32-year-old Kyle Layman was arrested near 24th and Franklin Streets.

The THPD Special Response Team was called out but Layman was taken into custody without incident.
