TERRE HAUTE, IN – A Terre Haute man was arrested Saturday afternoon after he allegedly fired a gun into the air in the area of Isabell and Pierson.

22 year old Tyler Livingston told police that another man fired a shot at him and he then went to that mans house and fire a round into the air.

Police are continuing their investigation.

Livingston was arrested on a criminal recklessness charge and will appear in court Monday.
