Terre Haute Man Pleads Guilty To 10 Charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind –  A Terre Haute man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges stemming from a 2016 incident.

68 year old David J. Tennis, will return to court on July 19 for sentencing.

Tennis will have his sentence capped at 16 years in prison for pleading guilty to six charges while the others will be dropped.

Tennis was arrested in December 2016 for allegedly running around naked and trying to force himself on several women in the Anthony Square complex.

He claimed at the time to be hearing voices, telling him to do the things he was doing.
