TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Indiana State Police have arrested a Terre Haute man after a Friday morning (1/17/20) crash.
Trooper Rondell Shelton was called to a property damage accident near South 7th Street and Putnam Avenue around 4:00 a.m.
Police say that 23 year old Christian Target had a blood alcohol level of .18%. He has since been released.
Target is set to appear in court Tuesday (1/21/20).
