TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Vigo County woman accused of neglecting her child resulting in death has been arrested again.
28 year old Tiffany Daugherty was arrested Tuesday for allegedly failing to report to probation three times.
Daugherty admitted to neglect of a dependent and reckless homicide in connection to the death of her 5-year-old daughter who was blind, deaf and mute.
Daugherty will be back in court on later today (Friday 7/7/18).
She recently entered a guilty plea to charges in connection to her daughter’s death and was free on bond but it appears that she was not cooperating with her own pre-sentence investigation.
