CLARK COUNTY, Ill, –  Police are investigating a Sunday morning crash that happened in Clark County on US40 near Tarble Road.

Just before 2 a.m. police say that a full size truck driven by 42 year old Jason Selby of West Union was west bound when he crossed the center line just west of Marshall and into the path of a car driven by 33 year old Samantha McGranahan of Terre Haute.

McGranahan was unable to avoid the crash and her car was hit on the passenger side.

A passenger in her car, 32 year old Christina Elkins of Terre Haute was taken to Union Hospital to be treated for her injuries.

Selby was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police are continuing their investigation.
