The Deadliest Highway In Indiana Runs Through The Wabash Valley

capture-6

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — U.S. 41 that runs North to South along western Indiana and through Terre Haute is the deadliest highway in the state.

Geotab, which is a company that collects driving data, looked at statistics from over a 10-year span from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

They found that between 2008 and 2017, one-hundred-six fatal crashes happened on U.S 41.

State police don’t know exactly why more fatal crashes are happening on the highway that runs from Evansville up to Chicago.
