TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – Terre Haute Police are investigating a Christmas morning shooting that happened in the Wyndham subdivision along State Road 46 on the east side.

News 10 reports that one male victim was reportedly taken to a local hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

A suspect is in police custody.

Police say that a suspect is in custody and there is no public safety risk.
