TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  –  A new convention center in downtown Terre Haute will mean changes to how you get around and where you’ll park.

The “Traffic Impact Study” for the planned convention center is 80 pages long.

It calls for the convention center and hotel to each have a parking garage.

The proposed convention center will be located between 7th and 9th Streets and between Wabash Avenue and Cherry Street.

Even though the study says that there would not be traffic problems at most intersections there should be a traffic control officer at peak exit times for three intersections in the area.
