TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery, and criminal recklessness and carrying a gun without a licensed made a court appearance Thursday.
A jury trail date was set for August 12th for 20 year old Davonte Brown.
He allegedly was responsible for shooting a 17-year-old girl in the 1900 block of North Sixth Street August 10th in a drive-by shooting.
Brown is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $100,000 bond.
