TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A trial date has been set for a Vigo County man charged with child molesting.
40 year old Randy Dean pleaded not guilty in Vigo County Court Monday and will stand trial February 25th.
He is accused of fondling and touching a child under the age of 14.
If he is convicted, he could be sentenced to as much as 12 years in prison.
