TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Three people facing federal drug charges will go to trial on December 10th.
35-year-old Gary Flowers, and 61-year-old Patricia Childers, who are both from Terre Haute, along with 48-year-old Gina M. Smith, of Indianapolis, were arrested Sept. 5 after members of the Vigo County Drug Task Force staged a drug buy at Childer’s antique store on Ohio Street.
A search warrant led to discovery of cash, drugs, guns, cell phones and other items associated with drug activity, according to a probable cause affidavit.
All face multiple drug charges and decades in prison if convicted.
