PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Parke County Deputies arrested a Montezuma man early Monday morning around 3:00 a.m.

44-year-old James A Smith was arrested on a felony warrant for intimidation and battery. He is being held in the Parke County Jail with bond set at $10,000.

Police also arrested Mary Collings on a charge of assisting a criminal.

She is also being held on $10,000 bond.
