VIGO COUNTY, Ind.  – Two men who have sued Vigo County over jail conditions have reached a settlement.

On Monday it was revealed that Jauston Huerta will receive a settlement of $12,500 and Thomas Lloyd will receive just under $30,000.

A judge called conditions at the jail unconstitutional.
