VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Just after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday 2019 a Vermillion County Deputy spotted an SUV driving south on Rangeline Road. The Deputy had previous information that the driver, Richard Wittenmyer of Universal, did not have a driver’s license.

The officers stopped the vehicle and after a check, Wittenmyer came back as a Habitual Traffic Violator.

Wittenmyer was arrested.

He was also cited for not having insurance.
