VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Around 7:30 Wednesday evening Vermillion County officers were called to 886 E. Seventh Street in Fairview Park to help Community Corrections search for a resident.

During the search, K-9 Ivan and officers found several items of paraphernalia and a glass pipe commonly used to smoke Methamphetamine. The glass pipe contained Methamphetamine residue.

Russell Riggen was arrested and is being held in the Vermillion county Jail on $10,000 bond.
