VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Deputies were called to a semi roll-over crash on State Road 63, just south of county road 150 north near Newport last Thursday just after midnight.

Police say that they found 46 year old Richard Saladino of Vincennes, was injured but outside of his truck.

Saladino had non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Union hospital in Terre Haute and then later to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Saladino told police that he swerved to miss several deer and lost control.
