West Terre Haute Woman Arrested When She Failed Sobriety Tests

VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Just after 1:00 a.m. this morning (3/27/19) Indiana State Police Troopers observed a pick-up truck, driven by a woman, pull into a gas station they were at.

The troopers say that they became suspicious while watching the woman get out of the vehicle and go inside. They believed that she may have been impaired.

When the troopers began talking to the woman, they became even more suspicious.

49-year-old Jodi L. Tryon, of West Terre Haute was arrested on multiple charges after Troopers searched the vehicle. They found approximately one gram of methamphetamine and a glass smoking device.

Tryon failed several field sobriety tests and refused a chemical test.

She is currently being held in the Vigo County Jail without bond.
