Woman Accused Of Criminal Recklessness And More Appears In Court

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute woman facing several charges made an initial appearance in Vigo County Court Wednesday.

23 year old Jasmine Jones faces six charges, four of which are felonies.

Terre Haute Police responded to a shots fired call on 1st Avenue on March 15th and when they arrived Jones through a handgun on the sidewalk, causing it to go off.

She then allegedly fought with and threatened to kill them.

She also is charged with hitting a police dog.

Jones will go back to court June 5th.
