Woman Arrested With BAC More Than Three Times The Legal Limit

VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Just before 5:00 p.m. Thursday evening Indiana State Police stopped a car for an unsafe lane change near US 41 and Harlan Drive.

The driver was 54 year old Holly C. Roshto of Terre Haute

A driver’s license check revealed that Roshto was a habitual traffic violator (lifetime). 

The Trooper also noticed an odor of alcoholic.

She also failed several field sobriety tests.

Roshto had a blood alcohol level of .32% when given a chemical test at Regional Hospital.

administered a certified chemical test, which showed that she had a BAC .32%.  Due to her high level of alcohol, Rosto was required to wait for medical clearance from a doctor before being relased.

During her wait, Roshto became belligerent, yelling loudly and using vulgar language. Once being medically cleared, she was then placed under arrest and taken to the Vigo County Jail where she is currently being held on bond.
