TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute woman was sentenced Tuesday in connection to the shooting death of Thomas Fuller III at the Greenwood Manor Apartments in June, 2016.
32 year old Amy Hann pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal and was sentenced to two years on the Sheriff’s Work Crew Program and a year of formal probation.
She will also have to continue mental health treatment.
Hann’s boyfriend, Buddy Ellinger, has been convicted in the shooting death and is due to be released from prison in 2028.
