VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A Terre Haute man accused of sexual misconduct with a minor was assigned to the work-release program Monday during a court appearance.
A young girl accused Jesse Clark of exposing himself to her in early April during a sleepover.
The court ordered Clark to have no contact with the alleged victims.
His next court date is set for September 10th.
