GREENE COUNTY, Ind. – The former CEO of UDWI REMC in Greene County, Brian Sparks, has a lawsuit in Greene Superior Court against UDWI. The utility filed a counter claim Wednesday.

The power company fired Sparks last June after the utility’s board said an internal audit showed that Sparks didn’t fulfill management expectations.

Sparks makes multiple claims in his suit including breach of contract.
