Primary Could Be End Of Clark County Sheriff’s Race

CLARK COUNTY, Ill. – High voter turnout in Clark County for yesterday’s primary.

The race that held the most interest was that for County Sheriff.

The winner of the Republican primary is deputy Bill Brown who picked up 65 percent of the vote over his opponent Deputy Derrick Sanders.

There is not a Democratic challenger in this race right now but there is still time for party officials to pick a candidate.
