VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A third defendant in a Terre Haute murder case was sentenced Wednesday.
As part of a plea deal Don Featherstone pleaded guilty to murder in connection to the death of Matt Luecking.
He was found dead in his east side apartment in October 2016.
Featherstone was sentenced to 50 years in prison which was the maximum amount he could receive under terms of the agreement.
Two other defendants in the case, Kathleen Featherstone and John Collins have also pleaded guilty to the murder of Luecking.
She will serve 30 years in prison while Collins has been sentenced to 60 years.
