Results Of Police Shooting Investigation Turned Over To Prosecutor

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Indiana State Police have turned their investigation results of a police action shooting over to the Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office.

In early March, Mikey Reynolds shot two people at a house on Putnam Street killing one and seriously injuring another.

Reynolds then barricaded himself in a house on First Avenue, fired multiple rounds at police, was wounded by police, escaped and then barricaded himself into a second house on Fourth Avenue.

Reynolds was shot and killed when he came out of that house and threatened Indiana State Police officers who opened fire killing him.

Indiana State Police have given the results of their investigation at all locations to the prosecutor who will determine if any charges should be filed.
