TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A plea agreement for a Terre Haute man accused in a shooting that happened in September last year near the Indiana State University campus.
20-year-old Adel Badgett III pleaded guilty to criminal recklessness and was sentenced to two and a half years in prison with credit for time served and formal probation.
Badgett was arrested last year after he allegedly shot a man in the leg when a party got out of control in the area of 6th Street and 1st Avenue.
