Accused Killer Waives Extradition

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – An accused killer will be headed back to Terre Haute by the end of June.

Kenneth Pitts, Jr. is accused of killing Alice “Anita” Oswald in November last year.

He has been on the run from police for a while now and was found at a camp site in the Las Vegas area last Friday and was arrested.

Pitts has signed a waiver of extradition on Tuesday and will be headed back to Vigo County by the end of June.
