VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Monday afternoon just after 4 p.m. Vermillion County Police were called to the area of East SR 163 on the west side of Clinton for a disturbance in a parking lot.

Deputies say that they found two people in a small SUV.

The driver, 34-year-old Brent S. Wilkinson and the passenger, 25-year-old Matthew J. Kabbany who are both from Clinton were both arrested.

Wilkinson faces charges of Operating a Vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of Methamphetamine.

Kabbany was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
