TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A woman facing charges of assisting a criminal appeared in court Thursday.
42 year old Teresa Pitts was denied a bond reduction and placement in the Vigo County Community Corrections Program.
Pitts was charged with assisting her brother avoid arrest.
Police say that he killed Alice “Anita” Oswald.
Bond remains at $75,000 with no 10 percent.
A jury trial is set for November 13th.
