TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Tuesday Terre Haute Police arrested 52 year old Franklin Eugene Akers, of Terre Haute, as a result of an ongoing stalking investigation.

Akers faces charges of Stalking, and Impersonating a Police Officer.

Officers say that specific details of the case are not being released right now.

Terre Haute Police Detective Brad Rumsey is requesting anyone that may have been approached by Akers while he represented himself as a police officer to contact the Terre Haute Police Department.
